Overview

Ezekyle Burton in his early twenties was about to finish med school and become a hell of a rising entrepreneur in medicine. He aimed to become a therapist for troubled teenagers, but someone just had to go and screw his life up with a little scratch on his arm. The second he couldn't hide his infection any longer, his studies went up in smoke and he was kicked out of med school. Trying to find a place to live, avoid monster hunters and run a clinic led him to Pump King Jack who allowed him to begin a free healthcare clinic in Sophocles for the spirit's own Machiavellian schemes. Burton was lacking in options, so he took the offer.

After Jack was more or less banished to the Twilight Zone, Burton's clinic ran out of funding faster than a Horizon exec's humanity. Runners managed to just barely help him keep a lifeline going, but he's not able to offer the entire neighborhood the kind of treatment they need. He can save lives in a pinch, but his condition makes urgent cases difficult since he has taken to meticulous preparations for anything physical. Moreover, he's begun to expand his medical know-how from psychology to surgery and even family medicine. He's Sophocles' scary neighborhood Doc, but when the alternative is a Vory hospital that puts you six hundred years in debt for a cough, he's a far nicer option.

He also considers it extremely rude to assense him and tells people to leave if they try it. He prefers talking via commlink rather than meeting face to face and has expressed interest towards helping Nameless' ghoul horde to recover. If asked why, mostly that it's the right thing to do to help victims of such horrible circumstances.

Ghoul Dropout	Kicked out of med school for turning into a ghoul, Ezekyle knows sterile protocol and avoids direct contact unless necessary. He won't show up in person anywhere that isn't his clinic, and even then doesn't interact with people directly unless he has to. If you want his services, you go to him and do it at his time. Rushing safety measures only leads to disaster.

His expertise is teens, not small children or adults, but some of the things he knows are universally applicable. Being a ghoul took the edge off his social skills, however.
