Overview
A phantom stuck to a dead runner's - Gigabite's - underground Hurlg stash in the Ork Underground of Puyallup, Repo Man is an incredibly lonely and depressed spirit. He's overjoyed when he gets company and loves to entertain them to the best of his ability. As a result, he's pretty easy to get along with, though he gets unusually quiet if he's told stories of violence or murder. Apparently it makes him queasy due to his very volatile emotional state. He's responsive to the emotions of others and reacts to angry people by getting angry himself. As a result, he tries to make visitors feel comfortable, since it feeds back to him directly.
