Spectre was born poor and destitute in the barrens of Redmond. She barely survived for much of her childhood, losing her parents very early on. She struggled on until one winter she ended up losing her hands and feet due to particularly extreme weather. She went on to do other work after getting a fixer after searching around for a bit after paying off her debt.
