Background
Born a SINer into a wealthy family that earned their wealth with questionable acts of swidling as third and youngest child, he had everything that he could wanted.Life was fairly good for Sylas, it got even better when he Awoke. Among his first spells he managed to cast was used to create mischief and start all sorts of touble. Eventually his parents passed the torch of family busness to his oldest brother, he didn't really care about it and his brother did not really apriciate how he handled things, so he set him up with a vacation in Seattle to do his "productive work".
