Overview

Edouard Napoleon Bonaparte is the heir of the French Empire, his bloodline indeed goes back to the two previous Emperor and despite the years he show clear facial similarity with the first one. The Imperial Family has been exiled for a long amount of time and is used to it, actually they rarely even got back to France but the recent struggle of the country gave idea to the young Bonaparte, seeing the homeland being torn and burning through a civil war he think that he has a card to play like his ancestor.

Mesured and courteous, he doesn't really care about the protocol of the nobility, though he will still ask to be call "His Imperial Majesty". He has some seer at his service, which might have helped him staying alive during the run of targetted assassination through the Neo-Révolution.

French Nobility Rivalry	As one of the claiment of France, Edouard Napoleon Bonaparte will not give trust to any runners that work for any of his rivals. As such if a runner picked him as a contact he cannot have any tied with any other of the claiment (Marie-Claire d'Orléans or Louis XXII de Bourbon) without burning Napoleon as a contact.
Imperial Education	It would not come to anyone mind to have a royalty with poor instruction. His Imperial Majesty has followed long instruction in a lot of topics and with prestigious teacher, as such he is at least aware in many knowledge that are not deemed obscure.
L'Aiglon	"L'Aiglon" (Litteraly the little eagle) is a term who was used to call Napoleon the second. Sometime use to design the heir of the French Empire. Due to this Napoleon has always kept a good track of the French Politics and is especially aware of those.
The Great Army	Who could claim to be an heirs of Napoleon and don't get at least some knowledge of those topics. If you want tactical council well Edouard is your man, though he mostly focus on Great Battleplan (Mixed Unit Tactics) he can still provide help on Small Unit Tactics engagement.
La Garde Impériale	While he is in exile, some french soldiers who were not happy with the situation actually left to join and protect Edouard, the Imperial Guard is formed of a core of harshly trained people, most of them being awakened and wearing old school looking uniform that hide modern armor. To those who are truly dedicated to him, his imperial majesty could loan some of his most trusted men to help.
Military Connection	True to the legacy of his family, Napoleon has some contact in the French Army, while those are for now not eager to plan any kind of coup against the newly establish republic they agreed on offering some information. For now Napoleon is popular among lower echelon officer (Captain and leutenant)
Patron of Schooling and Law	Napoleon seems to show great interest in those two topics, and is actually the benefactor of some charity organisation that provide schooling and teaching for people that went to make career in the Law. (As Lawyer or cops) And actually could call for favors of those who graduated thank to it.
Seer	His Imperial Majesty has some seers on his payroll, that sometimes the thing that give him some edge over the others.
