Overview
The former commanding officer of the Task-Force November-51. He is the leader of the Clandestine Operations Branch following the Unification Treaty that settled the grudge between him and Le Bourguinion. Since then, he gathered the best (and voluntary) men of the Task-Force alongside some recruits made here and there (mainly army veterans) to put a unit together.
