Overview

Doctor Felipe Chalder is a man dressed in a lab coat, jeans and a tie dye shirt, with sandals to fill out the outfit, and shoulder length bright red hair, wearing glasses over his hazel eyes. He is frequently not without his soykaf, looking very tired. He is a child psychologist that serves Doc Wagon's multiple clinics throughout Seattle. A perpetually overworked and underfunded man who has a loving long term boyfriend and a cigarette habit he just can't kick. He frequently does work such as attempt to get wishes made for chronically sick children, and counselling the abused and suicidal.

In the few free clinics in the Barrens, he's earned the nickname "Concrete Angel."
