Character Information
Summary
Newt in a small amphibian surge with slimy green skin and long frog legs. She has scraggly black hair and three slit eyes, one in the center of her forehead. She wears the grime-streaked gear of an urban explorer, and practically hums with paranoid energy. She's spent most of her life as a scavenger, using her magic and mutations to eke out a living in Seattle's sewers. A talented psychometrist and follower of Raven, she believes herself to be a messenger for the spirits trapped in the waste; every piece of junk has a story to tell, and their souls are desperate to be heard. A vision of a murder has driven her into the shadows, desperately seeking for the truth that can put the victim's spirit to rest.

Background
Newt was born to a family of hobgoblins in the Orcish Underground, and had a fairly normal childhood until their SURGE at 15. It was then they underwent the drastic mutations that gave them the appearance of a three eyed kappa, and were forced to flee their home after being attacked by a mob. They drifted down to the lowest reaches of the OU, using their new body to eke out a meager existence in the muck. It turns out that they were pretty good at it, and once they learned how to survive they began to explore their new home.
