Overview

The Former Commmanding officer of the Task Force November-51, Commander is an hardened veteran with the perfect moral to partake in Black Ops or Clandestine Operation activity. He is leading the part of the Task Force that want to stick on old method and to sell Black Ops service in the Shadow.

He is an human of pretty standard shape for a military and always wear a full body armor when meeting runners. His French accent is obvious and he doesn't like to lose time on chit chat. He is beefed up with augmentation but none of them are noticeable.

Old school Operative	Commander is an old school kind of Operative, he hate to use matrix mean of communication. He usually use radio communication. In addition every intel he has to offer come in form of paper files which mean that you need to come and a pay a visit to get your information.
Interrogation Protocol	Commander is good at getting information from people. He will accept to put people throught interrogation process without any regard to their social origin it will just play on the price for such a process.
Smuggling and Escape Route	The N-51 activities push the Commander to get a very good knowledge of how to evade KE patrol and checkpoint. This is also helpful when it come to gear acquisition.
Extraction	Commander can give insight on how to extract target from a place. Homever that will imply to give many information on the run so he could give enough advice (Paranoïa could say "Double Cross")
Intelligence Gatherer	Given enough time Commander can use his network of informant to bring information about multiples topics and or person. Homever given the Negative Aspect that will take time.
