Summary
A weeaboo kemonomimi fox VTuber, whose gimmick is being a conspiracy nut and having two sides: ShiroFennec, a foxboy who would never harm a fly and is always happy to help others, and KuroFennec, a foxgirl who is constantly up to mischief.

Background
Fennec's an oddball - they doesn't really know where they came from, and they're not about to try to find out. In their view, it just doesn't matter. But some details still remain, of course.
They emerged as a technomancer early in life, caused lots of problems for the "gang" of orphans they ran with at the time because of it, and were very lucky not to have been picked up by a corp for testing at any point. An insatiable curiosity drove them to dig into things that they should have kept their nose out of - a desire to learn, that even hungry nights in the barrens couldn't kill. The entire old 'hood knew that they were a techno by the time they came of age, so rather than try to disappear, Fennec leaned into it to keep from getting geeked or grabbed. When when they startred streaming, they found it was most comfortable to adopt a virtual persona instead of having to let the whole world see their true face.
And thus, Fennec was born, building up enough reputation and money from her streaming career that she could start digging into why things are the way they are, who -truly- controls the world, and what keeps things from changing.

Fennec's a plain dresser on the meat - wearing loose fitting clothes that let them relax and keep their form fairly androgynous. Oh, an armored jacket will get tossed over the top, but that doesn't do much to change the look.
Matrix Persona
Glorious! Powerful! Unique! ... To hear her tell it, anyway.
Fennec on the matrix is simply classic anime kitsune, with ears the size of her head poking up to points and a full swathe of nine tails, billowing out behind her and swaying with every movement. In the space around her are low-burning blue balls of flame and the faintest smog of a texture that blocks view behind her. Bits of her appearance are singed around the edges - tails and ears turned black at the tips, her nose and brow blackened with soot, the flowing robes she garbs herself in similarly sullied.
More distinct, and something that is not legal in all hosts, is the scent of smoke clinging to her wherever she goes on the matrix. There's a faint clinking as she traipses along through the matrix as well.
