Background
Gav (Gabi to close friends, Gabriella to people who've decided that, actually, they don't like their current number of teeth) is, or at least, was the heiress to HaSynth, a Paraguayan pharmaceutical and bioware company founded by her parents, Diego and Justine Jacinto. Growing up, she had very little interest in the inner workings of HaSynth, instead preferring to spend her time enjoying her vast familial wealth to the fullest - and this was only exacerbated by moving away to study in San Francisco.
What began with the installation of a sleep regulator soon snowballed further and further out of control as Gabi grew more and more obsessed with perfecting every single flaw she could perceive within herself. At first, she had money to burn, but when she was eventually cut off (and because she was looking for anything more interesting to do), she fell in with one bad crowd after another in search of other avenues of income. First regular bad, then street gang levels of bad, and then organised-crime-going-to-people's-houses-and-clubbing-their-knees-in bad. She, of course, dropped out of school somewhere along the way, spent around seven months having a prolonged mental breakdown, and was eventually contacted by her younger brother. HaSynth had been bought out by a much bigger company, and while their parents were still on the board of directors, they couldn't cover for her any more. Either she could come back home and have a comfortable office job doing basically nothing for exorbitant amounts of money for the rest of her life, or she could commit to living like a violent, unhinged street rat.
She took the latter option.
Now, she's committed to making something of herself and proving that she doesn't need anyone's help to survive and thrive. And maybe the next bio-implant is going to be the one to help her get her life back together...

Narrative Significant Qualities
Positive
Bilingual: On account of being raised in Paraguay, Gav is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
Toughness: Spite is an incredibly powerful motivator, and through it, Gav is capable of surviving her truly remarkable lack of any sense of self preservation.
Ambidextrous: Turns out a robotic off-hand is a lot more efficient than a meat one. At least for the things Gav's using hers for.
Privileged Family Name: Pulling the old "do you know who I am?" on a run is rarely a good idea, but it's absolutely invaluable in day to day life.
Trust Fund II: Sure, she doesn't talk to them, but Gav's still taking her parents' money to pay for rent. They probably hope it's keeping her out of trouble.
Negative
Latest and Greatest: After a series of escalating self-improvement efforts, Ms. Jacinto spends just a little too much time and money going under the knife. If she doesn't keep cramming the latest in fancy new bioware into her body, her attitude starts getting even more unpleasant than usual.
Did You Just Call Me Dumb?/Poor Self Control (Vindictive): It cannot be overstated just how abrasive Gav is to be around for any length of time, even if she likes you. And if she doesn't like you, she really doesn't like you.
Poor Self Control (Attention-Seeking): Gav is really, really desperate to always be percieved as the biggest, scariest thing in the room. She has been known to throw tantrums over this not being the case.
Force of Chaos: Are you surprised? You shouldn't be.
SINner (National): Gav is still registered under her full name, and is generally less careful than most when it comes to protecting her identity.
Knowledge Skills
Murderology & Murderonomy: Gav may not be one for book-learning, or any kind of social smarts, but show her a body and she can give you a pretty damn good guess at what they were killed with, and maybe even why.
Motorcycle Enthusiast: Gav is really into things that have two wheels and go irresponsibly fast. She's no mechanic, but she knows quite a lot about bike brands, costs, anatomy, and maintenance.
Personal Fitness: Turns out 'body building' and 'making bodies' are two very different skillsets. Gav's pretty good at both.

Somehow, both lanky and stocky. Real big by human standards (though a lot of orks or trolls will probably have her beat). Ratty lilac hair that's gone that really-needs-to-be-redyed greyish shade. Several facial piercings. A long scar running under one eye and across the bridge of her nose. One extremely bulky and utilitarian mechanical arm. Very expressive eyebrows.
Clothing
Cheap black biker leathers. Can't wear her jacket properly because her augmented arm doesn't fit through the sleeve.
