Pick Policy
I am a stickler for reading the rules. If your submission to my run does not meet the required things I put in my post (this does not include the optional parts) I will not consider your application to the run. Even if you're the only one that applies.
In an attempt to make things as fun for all as possible, I try to strike a balance with run picks in roughly this priority:
- To create a balanced team dynamic so as to ensure a smooth run with the highest chance of success (everyone wants to be a winner, right!)
- To make sure that each person has their time to do cool stuff! It's no fun being the person doing all the work or the person who wonders why they were even brought on the run.
- To reward people who do things I appreciate as a writer! It's hard sometimes to balance narrative and wanting to be an optimized bad ass, and I appreciate someone who likes narrative fluff more than optimized flavor.
- To help familiarize new players with the Matrix! I love the Matrix so I specialize in Matrix only runs.
- To give runs to people that haven't had them in awhile - playing this convoluted game is fun! That's why we're here, right?
In short: I build teams with the power of friendship and want to give you a your time to shine!
