Overview

The Former Commanding Officer of the Task-Force November 51. He is the leader of the Clandestine Operation Branch following the Unification Treaty that settle the grudge between him and Le Bourguinion. Since then he gathered the best (and voluntary) element of the Task-Force alongside some recruit made here and there (mainly already trained veteran.) to put a unit together. Better organized he now got more things to gave to the runners tho he still stick to his operational habit (No matrix and all).

He is a human of pretty standard shape, always wearing an FBA and with an obvious French Accent. Not a big fan of chit chat, he always got straight to the matter.

Aspect	Description
Old school Operative	Matrix always proved to be unreliable when Commander was imply in operation. Thus he never use it as a mean of communication and enforce this strict policy to all the operative under his commands. Runners got a radio frequency to take contact and are expected to arrange meeting to gather any intelligence they would like to have. (They will receive paper files)
JURY Protocol	Internal name related to all the process that can be used to extract information from unwilling individuals. Commander has specially trained operators that can be called for those situation.
Nascent Spy Network	Information is the key of success in many operation, Commander invest a lot of money in getting informant and information across Seattle. Still his spy are not very well implanted for now and can’t provide that much in depth information yet.
ANVIL Protocol	A network of safehouse, hideout and caches. The usage is normally strictly reserved to N-51 personal on mission but runners might be able to get coordinates in exchange of some nuyens.
Shady Dealing	The Clandestine Operation Branch use shady mean to fight (Combat Gas and other mean stuff like this.). Commander can more easily provide such equipment as well as B&E gear.
