Background
Jenna Perkins was born and raised in Touristville, Seattle. Destined to a life of poverty by her birthplace, she jumped at the opportunity to become a mnemonic courier. Over seven years she slowly got more and more important jobs as she replaced her body with cyberware, running precious data for legal and illegal groups alike. She thought she had it made. She was in the process of saving up to buy a house outside of the Barrens when it happened. On a data run, she descended from the rooftops to enter her destination when gunfire sounded from within the building, blowing out the windows and punching holes in the door. She managed to get away but not before catching a bullet in her chest. Barely making it to her street doc, she replaced her lungs with the only thing she had on hand, low quality cyberware. Her life as a courier was finished but one of her contacts from her old days introduced her to the shadows. Now as Hydro, she uses the skills she's acquired in her new life of crime.

Asthma: She doesn't have exactly asthma but I'm using this to represent the poor quality ware that has replaced her lungs.
Combat Paralysis: The last time she was shot at, her entire way of life went down the drain. She's not too keen to have it happen again.
Phobia (Frogs): Look, you'd be scared too if one jumped at you while you were mid jump and nearly caused you a seven story fall.
