White Vory soldier with a growing resentment towards her Russian compatriots and an impatient desire to prove herself, to herself.

Background

Child of Russian expat business magnates that died in the Crash 2.0. Adopted by her estranged uncle Gabriil as the only living blood relative - a former White Vory associate who had since moved to a cabin in the Rockies. Emilia learnt how to hunt up there, and Awakened as a physical adept - also lost an eye to a Greater Wolverine, paracritters be nasty. Soon enough, Gabriil reveals this whole "hunting paracritters in the woods with suspiciously high power rifles" thing is training for being a professional assassin to carry on the family legacy or something. She takes this astonishingly well. A few years later, Gabriil goes missing, and Emilia gets in contact with one of his old coworkers, Akilina Mikhailov, to try to figure out what's happened. She agrees, but only if Emilia joins the White Vory and in particular join Akilina's little "project" of slowly reinstating White Vory control over Seattle. Picks up the alias "Cleaner Cleaner" and the armored maid costume aesthetic from one of her new Vory friends who made a joke about her being the perfect maid, capable of cleaning anything.

Mikhailov's Little Slayer	CC is, effectively, Akilina Mikhailov's personal hitman. She was lured in with promises of a lead on her uncle's whereabouts, and that carrot has been used to string her along to do anything for the good of the Vory. The little hunter is not the kind of person to say "no" to an authority figure - not without something external pushing her to.
Compassionate Killer	Despite her fundamental inability to empathize with other people, she still tries her darndest to be a decent person. A decent person doesn't kill innocent people, so obviously the people she's hired to kill aren't innocent. Every single one of them is a ganger, or a corporate exploiter, or a toxic shaman, or a... something. Something. They must be evil. If they're not... then what does that make her?
Purifier	Her burning hatred of toxic magic is unrelenting. Anything toxic must die. No exceptions. Cull the weak. Purge the sick. Expunge the rot before it spreads.
The Most Unspeakable Prey	CC has been exposed to the Horrors through an encounter with a Yama King. She wishes to kill these exotic new things. She wonders how they would look on her mantle. She wonders how they would feel and taste on her tongue. She must know more.
Displeased Totem	Through her heavy augmentation, use of powerful stimulants, and willingness to use modern technology, CC has drawn some irritation from her Totem, Eagle. The great bird might be considering revoking her access to its magic.

Narrative Significant Qualities

Fearless Hunter (Guts, Antipathy, Thrillseeker) - CC is mildly obsessed with the idea of becoming the greatest hunter in history. She seeks out fresh kills on exciting prey whenever possible, and rarely if ever feels fear.

Executioner (Made Man, Mentor Spirit (Eagle), PSC (Compulsive Toxic Magic Eradication), Prejudiced (Red Vory, Outspoken)) - The woman is obligated to kill. Her lideri orders the death of the White Vory's enemies, her Totem orders the death of all who would actively work to poison the earth. Even in the rare cases where she feels bad about it, she'll do it - surely the reason for their death is a good one...?

Made Maid (Antipathy, Innocuous, Watch The Suit) - Years in the White Vory - where she is largely disrespected and mocked behind her back - and a lifetime growing up with just her Uncle for company has left her empathic ability stunted. Conversely, she's become rather adept at maintaining her appearance and appearing as just another civilian when she needs to.

Allies

Akilina Mikhailov, an old associate of her uncle and her primary Fixer, runs the White Vory cell she works under. She treats her like an adopted daughter - but in the way a pageant mom would.

The Sons of Sauron respect her deeply for killing multiple prominent politicians in the country they actively work against.

She treats Lord Emberrage with significant respect, almost fealty, and heavily subscribes to his ideology of "burn the toxics away".

Enemies

Nobody in particular, but she won't operate well with Red Vory on the basis of simultaneously buying into them all being traitorous shits and also trying to not blow her cover - White Vory aren't supposed to be in Seattle at all. Has some... strong opinions, on toxic magic.

Emilia Sokolov - Real, Salish-Shidhe Council issue. 25 years of age. Orphaned by Crash 2.0, custody taken by uncle Gabriil Sokolov (who is missing for multiple years now). Recently moved to Puyallup on a (forged) work visa.

Jessica Jean - R4, UCAS issue. Supposedly grew up on a farm, lifelong Puyallup resident. Nowadays makes a living getting paid to hunt and kill eccentric wildlife for rich benefactors.
