Faction Information
Summary
The Task Force November 51 is an old unit from the French Army, they are technically rogue because they did leave while under mission for the DGSE. (French Equivalent of the CIA) The group stayed in their local hidden base of operation in the Nevadean Desert. They are parted in two faction, one lead by Le Bourguignion who want to transform the Task Force into a regular mercenary unit and Commander who want to stick with the whole Black Ops/Clandestine Operation type of action.
Faction Locations
Main Base : A little encampment in the Nevadean Desert, the place count a few building, an “airstrip” (Enough flat ground to land a big military transport aircraft). The fact that this is a remote location make the location pretty secure by itself, however the base is planned to be expanded or changed in location. Le Bourguignion lead the element of the N-51 that want to go on the mercenary business but Commander sometimes come by when he need specific stuff or personal.
Seattle Outpost : An old warehouse in the Barrens, the location is surrounded by barbed fence and patrolled by operative all the time, it host the Clandestine Operation part of the Task Force, the place is well organised and not a single square meter is wasted, the place host a “helicopter pad” (just enough space to let the helicopter land easily.) The place hold a properly geared medical facility, some “interrogation room” and also most of the document about the N-51 past, present and future operation. (Paper files only.)

Background
The Task Force November 51 was created around 2070’s it was part of an expansion of the special force by the Foreign Legion, it was based volunteering but some soldiers received invitation to join the unit. Quickly the unit got closer to the DGSE (French CIA) and would serve as a Clandestine Operation unit and would be specialized to operation in remote terrain (jungle, mountain and all that.) Presumably to prepare strike against a variety of target. The unit saw it’s first deployment mid 2070’s most of the unit were already veteran of such operation (many came from other units) but some were recruited and were just out of special forces training program. The N-51 was a pretty good unit with an average success rate. During the event of the Boston Lockdown the Task Force was deployed in support of the Foreign Legion and runners team to save Angélique Rouge, a french national hero. Heavy casualties followed and after the operation success the N-51 was sent to a base of operation in Nevada to look after some peoples who could have been link to Angélique Rouge presence in Boston. When the Neo-Revolution kicked off, the N-51 was basically stranded from the High-Command, pissed off by the situation, the officer of the unit decided to break their bond with the French Army and to relocate the base of operation, leaving with a lot of equipment in the process. Commander who leaded that movement was however in the minority when it came to the future of the unit, most of the operative were bored of the whole Clandestine Operation thing and were okay to move to regular mercenary group, Commander took his distance and reached Seattle with the one that were okay with his view. The two side still stick to the whole N-51 unit concept but they are on the bring of tearing themselves appart.

Enemies
Saedder-Krupp or more specifically Amrei. The N-51 stole files from the Megacorps and plan on being the first to steel a Blood Hawk from Aztechnology. A Dangerous game indeed.
Current Status
Active The N-51 is composed of roughly three platoon (around thirty men each) of operative. Two are under the command of Le Bourguinion and are stationed at the main base while the other is under Commander control and is at Seattle. The Task Force also got some pilot, technical personal and other logistics personal who are not properly train to fight. The two platoon under Le Bourguinion got some fresh replacement from recruitment drive while the Platoon from Commander don’t really accept newcomers (except in very specific circumstances) The Task Force got some heavy vehicle namely a fully functional BTR An heavy transport plane. (A400M kind) A transport helicopter (Heavily Retrofitted UH-80 Black Hawk) Some transport vehicle (Humvee/Ares Roadmaster)
Health Summary
Maintaining The Task Force is actually struggling to keep money balance because of all the things they have to keep working together. Commander is staging a long run big operation while Le Bourguinion try to make some money on regular mercenary contract.
