Faction Locations
Main Base : An established base of operation located in the Nevadean Desert, the base host most of the N-51 troops and vehicle, especially the air frame since this base has a proper airstrip now. While the perimeters of the base benefit from regular defense, most of the troopers have to accomodate with tents, the only non-prefab building are the essential one (Control, Tower, hospital and so on.) Some of the Elite Unit are housed in prefab building.
Seattle Outpost : An abandonned factory bloc in Fall City, the perimeter received upgraded defense and several helicopter pad. The factory itself house some dormitory and the commodity needed for the troops. It's the main recruitment antenna from the N-51, they keep some of their vehicle here, but most of them are just being held in case of quick deployement, especially the heavier one.

Background
The Task Force November 51 was created around the early 2060’s as part of an expansion of the special force by the Foreign Legion, it was volunteer based but some soldiers received invitation to join the unit. Quickly the unit got closer to the DGSE (French CIA) and would serve as a Clandestine Operation unit and would be specialized to operate in remote terrain (jungle, mountain and all that.) Presumably to prepare strike against a variety of target. The unit saw it’s first deployment mid 2060’s; most of the unit were already veteran of such operation (many came from other units) but some were recruited and were just out of special forces training program. The N-51 was a pretty good unit with an average success rate. During the event of the Boston Lockdown the Task Force was deployed in support of the Foreign Legion and runners team to save Angélique Rouge, a french national hero. Heavy casualties followed and after the operation success the N-51 was sent to a base of operation in Nevada to look after some people who could have been linked to Angélique Rouge's presence in Boston. When the Neo-Revolution kicked off, the N-51 was basically stranded from High Command, pissed off by the situation, the officer of the unit decided to break their bond with the French Army and to relocate the base of operation, leaving with a lot of equipment in the process. Commander lead that movement, however, was in the minority when it came to the future of the unit, most of the operative were bored of the whole Clandestine Operation thing and were okay to move to regular mercenary group, Commander took his distance and reached Seattle with the one that were okay with his view. The two sides still stick to the whole N-51 unit concept but they are on the bring of tearing themselves apart. Recently the signature of the N-51 unification treaty led to a reorgnisation of the Task Force where both parties are happy, and with this operational capability of the Task Force is reinforced
After years of trial and error, the N-51 finally get the support needed to establish themself as something more than just a bunch of veteran in term of mercenary unit, with diverse support from several benefactors they got the chance to establish new unit and extend their numbers, the money they got from their tie with the CIA helped to buy gear and severals loan helped easing the process of money gathering. This sudden boost of numbers is not coming without it's own problem and several members of the N-51 had to get new rank in the hierarchy to organise the whole Task Force into a coherent forces.
Allies
The unit has also ties with the UCAS since Ltn Commander Yennefer Kerrigan struck a deal with them. She would be the potential buyer if any Blood Hawk would come into the N-51 hands.
Now the N-51 is on the list of PMC that the CIA could contact when in need of disposable assets, Special Operation Branch take care of those call, though Rempart might provide supprot or manpower to fill the gap.
The Nobles in Exiles especially Edouard Napoleon Bonaparte is helping the Task Force by sending other French Soldiers turn rogue and some money.
Enemies
Saedder-Krupp or more specifically Amrei. The N-51 stole files from the Megacorps and plan on being the first to steal a Blood Hawk from Aztechnology. A Dangerous game indeed.
Aztechnology knows about the fact that the N-51 want to get their hand on a Bloodhawk, as such they are often at least monitoring the move of the Task Force.
Current Status
Aside from their unit on stand by to help the WCM all N-51 forces are being gathered around the two base of operations and wait for a deployement opportunity
Health Summary
Maintaining
While they are now counting an impressive amount of members and their vehicle stash has been greatly expanded, one can't be fooled, the N-51 is having a lot of issue, such a great extension of their effective mean than most of the recruit that didn't came from military background received rushed training. Many NCO of the old task forces now assume Officers charge and some aren't ready for it.
Gear wise, aside from the elite unit, FBA is not the standard anymore only exprienced troops used them, some troopers have older design of rifle and some even are back to sporting FAMAS, the vehicle while impressive in the Barrens or for non initiated, are obsolete and need to be use with very clever tactics to have a chance to produce any result.
Combat Strength of each unit :
- 15th Régiment de Hussard 50%
- 1st Special Forces Light Battalion 70%
