Background
Formerly an undefeated Street Racer hailing from Manhattan,New York, BURN0UT had it all, so why throw it all away? BURN0UT's altercation with Local Yakuza 5 years ago left her horribly beaten, injured, and forced to escape but also taking their victim, a new Bunraku Puppet renamed (Charlotte) with her in the process. A lucky break now has her attempting to settle in downtown Seattle with Alice Kane as her few connections giving her membership with the Haven.
