All The World's a Stage

Summary

This metaplot is concerned with the expansion of the performing arts in the Seattle Metroplex, both promoting and opposing expansion as well as exploiting or manipulating the performing arts for private gain. Runs Working for The People, and Working for The Man fit the metaplot. I plan on two sets of runs. First is three runs devoted to creating RATS, the second is two runs devoted to creating OUTS. Eventually a run or two for SAG but no plotline yet
