Background
Midas Grimwell, known also as Gigabite has worked in Seattle before as a Shadowrunner. Unfortunately, that time her loud and boisterous attitude as a ghoul decker attracted the attention of her past affiliations, Fear The Dark. An infected terrorist organization that she used to be a member of tracked her down and assaulted her lodgings in Hell's Kitchen, Puyallup. The reason she ran from them to begin with was that upon joining she'd been convinced they were 'fighting the good fight' for ghoul rights. Upon her first few gigs, she discovered they were little more than Infected supremacists and mass murderers, grabbing what she could and legging it.
Trying to find a new start in Seattle, Midas bought a complete junk deck and offered her services to the shadows. While she made friends quickly, she should've kept a lower profile. FtD came back with a vengeance and not even the 162s could stop their attack. Gigabite was assumed dead since her secret stash of Hurlg was picked up alongside a lone phantom, Repo Man during a run (see But Why Is All The Hurlg Gone? for details). Thankfully, Repo Man has been relocated to a half-finished Renraku Necroplex in Snohomish since. She found a small safe haven with a member of the Ghoul Liberation League who didn't want the story of a ghoul with a good heart to end just because she stumbled at first. People like her were sorely needed if ghouls were to ever purge their stigma, so she was allowed to lay low under their protection until the heat died down and FtD turned their attention elsewhere. Now, reinvigorated, Midas wants to keep working her karmic debt away by doing some good. She's not the most honorable hooder out there, but it's surprisingly easy to be a saint when compared to most ghouls.

- One Of A Kind (National SINner, Community Connection & Distinctive Style) - Midas Grimwell can't really erase herself from the map even if she'd want to. People that live near her tend to gravitate towards the giant's good graces.

- Smooth Talker (ExAtt: Charisma) - After suffering catastrophic brain damage at the hands of FtD deckers, Gigabite turned her focus on being more amicable instead.
- Juggernaut (Way of the Samurai: Panzer & Legendary Rep: The 162s) - After defending civilian ghouls from Catholics, Gigabite's become more renowned for her unyielding willpower in the face of danger.
- Littlebite (Read Garish Goyles for context) - Gigabite has nurtured this Gargoyle to its full health and now gladly searches the Matrix for good paracritter augmentation clinics.
