Summary

Ty is an awakened shapeshifter from Tir Tairngire. His early memories are from growing up in the forests and interacting with the smaller communities, eventually becoming part of the metahuman world.

Because of his curiosity, Shadowrunning appealed to him. He even met another shapeshifting Fixer who helped him get his feet wet in the world.

Ty is a huge fan of Tacoma. The massive industry there fascinates him, though he finds the pollution annoying. His favorite place in Seattle is Fenris Nacht.

Ty has a tendency to use magic over mundane actions. He grew up with only his magical skill and didn't learn to shoot a gun until he was older.

Goals

Ty seeks to expand his horizons and experience more of life. He also wishes to learn more about his awakened powers and seeks training from any mage who will give it.

He is constantly seeking to expand his contacts around the city, and seeks out any and all shapeshifters to form potential friendships. He feels that he might be able to do this better in the Shadowrunner community.

Background

Ty was born in northern Tir Tairngire. He was the only shapeshifter in a litter of red foxes. His distinct coloration is a direst result of his awakened powers and shapeshifter qualities.

He grew up like any other fox in the woods. He learned to control his abilities quickly, but didn't interact with a metahuman until he was about a year old. He started interacting with the small villages, and later moved on to the cities. His thirst for knowledge would lead him on to bigger and greater things.

When he was 4, he decides to become a part of the bigger world. He received a SIN a year later, and decided to move to Seattle and experience life on a much larger scale.

Ty currently doesn't live in a set place, preferring to travel around and see what all the areas of Seattle have to offer.

Candle in the Darkness - Ty doesn't care about the metahumans themselves, but the idea of honor appeals to him and he seeks to exemplify it. He adheres to the code of honor the elves gave him very strongly.

Mentor Spirit (Moon) - Ty learned of the spirit from a Lupine shapeshifter in Seattle and follows its path.

Tir Tairngire - Ty carries a real Tir Tairngire SIN.

UCAS(Fake) - The first thing he did when arriving in Seattle was to find a fake SIN. His is issued by UCAS under the name "Sam Frost".

Appearance

Clothing

In his metahuman form, Ty wears a dark blue and black armored jacket with a matching hooded cloak. He frequently also wears a scarf covering part of his face. The only reason he covers up so much is to hide his shapeshifter traits. He actually finds the multiple layers stifling.

His metahuman form is that of a somewhat short, skinny male elf with amber eyes. His hair is blue with natural black accents.

Matrix Persona

Ty uses a picture of a blue and black fox as his custom persona. He takes only a very casual interest in the Matrix, preferring to focus his pursuit of knowledge on magical topics. He is quite fond of the MCT Blue Defender because of its ease of use, and he can wear it as a collar when he's shapeshifted.

He is an introductory member of Jackpoint. The invitation was extended to both help him, and for the admins of Jackpoint to keep tabs on him. Shapeshifters are rare, and some people want to try to figure out any and all information on them.
