Summary
Talulah Ashlocke Nearl is an infected Sage working for Louhi under the teachings of Kalma. Initiated in the ways of Necromancy through Wychking's ally spirit, the Lady of Pain. Balancing the worlds of life and death, she walks her twisted path alone. adrift in the depths of depravity beset by mankind.
Goals

- Noir had always thought highly of Wychking. Having heard of her ability and efforts to destroy the invae, it rubbed off on her and instilled an urge to help. Noir was already in a rut, so finding true meaning to her life inspired her to take up the torch, as it were.

- Talulah had let themselves be taken over by his infection, but more recently they had decided to steel himself and return to Seattle in one piece. He will always struggle with the urge to hunt and feed, though he wishes to control his urges entirely.

- Noir was born into his magical powers. He did not earn them by might or by practice, instead inherited them from birth. One of his goals in life is to understand better understand his ability to cast and weave magic. In the past, he was used as a tool to hurt others, and moving forward he wants to be able to control himself and magic to a point where he won't accidentally hurt anyone again.

After becoming infected, he found Amelie Baptiste and Noir believed his to be a mentor of sorts. Because of this kindness, Noir decided to align himself with the Night Throne and their goals believe the himself and Amelie to have intrinsically similar goals.

By September 2084, Ryn was well into hiding, and their relationship is entirely under wraps.
Background
Talulah Ashlock Nearl was born of to a blood cult, and from a young age, their innate magical ability was used by the cult to do harm and gain notoriety. All dreams end, however, and when the cult was cracked down on by SAEDER-KRUPP Kill squad, they were stolen away by a friend of their mother, knowing that if they was apprehended, being tagged as a mage and a criminals would be a death knell to him. Through their kindness, they were released onto the streets of Seattle with a fake ID and barely any creds.
They tried to make an honest living - the naïve idealism of his soon snuffed out by the reality of the world. Working with fixers, finding a place to call home, working with the local church to help others. All these were fine until he desired a further understanding of his latent and since untouched powers.
they became a runner, working in Seattle to carve out a place for themselves, they met with the company of a vampire who they became enamored with. Their relationship bloomed in such a way that Nearl ended up becoming infected.
