A former runner and current bakery owner, he makes the best pastries in all of Seattle.
The Underground Bakery
Saul's pastry shop, it's in Downtown as a hole-in-the-wall place in the first floor of a skyscraper. Despite that, the shop often caters very expensive and high-profile events.
