- Amidst the streets of Seattle, gangs and syndicates have often ruled the streets. Or at the very least are seen to be more often than the corporations. Among these gangs and syndicates tensions have been rising for years upon years. And as tension often does, it was bound to snap. Belial of the Ancients has declared war against the Cutters. Other gangs and Syndicates now getting dragged into the chaos in one way or another with no sign of it stopping any time soon. Power shifting rapidly in every which direction with the streets becoming unsafe in the chaos.
