Style

Overall style i´d say is "in Universe realism" as in, i try to be reasonable and realistic within the boundaries of Shadowrun

Pick Policy

While i usually go for picks to ensure success i try to be diverse in skillsets as much as possible, to give everyone at least a chance to be more than just standing next to the action.

Declining the Meet

I try to avoid picking runners with a predispostion to decline a meet or Job, as i feel like we come together to play a game and not to immediately leave again. If however the situation arises from the game itself or because i havent checked good enough then thats fine by me to make a runner leave. I try to minimise outside influence on such things with my picks.

Thwarting the J and derailment

as aboive i try to limit outside influences to these things, however if it arises from the game itself then im fine with it.

Realism

Depending on gamestlye more or less but always a reasonable baseline

Negative Rewards

Well if you fuck up, you get what you deserve (which is after we´ve talked about the negative consequencves to your runner and/or the entire team and have come to an agreement)

Failure

No one can win everything. If you tried everything and still lost, well thats just life chummer.
