Factions Involved
- The Isotopes of Kalanyr are followers of the Glow City dragon, Kalanyr. They've had prophetic dreams just like everyone else, although Kalanyr keeps an iron fist leash on them considering recent events.
- The Monolith are the original group in Chernobyl that the West Coast Monolith was inspired by. They're presumed all toxic, wielding unique weaponry and as far as everyone's concerned, far across the world. Supposedly.
