Summary
A Street Samurai with a foster child to protect, and friends to help out. He feels strange as he's reclaiming a bit of the standard of living he enjoyed in his corporate days, and finds the growing respect of younger runners very odd, as he only feels he started just recently. Yet, he will persevere.

Background
Former Corporate SINner turned Shadowrunner.
His family are Renraku corporate citizens, which lead to certain expectations of duty and excellence. Usagi, in a former life, did his best to meet those expectations, joining the corporation's security services along with his sister, Kiriko. However, he overestimated the value of family loyalty in the face of corporate advancement, and found himself being forced out when his sister manufactured some damning evidence regarding his "cooperation" with other corporations. In an effort to throw off the ones looking to arrest him, he burned his SIN and retreated into the barrens, eventually turning to Running the shadows in an effort to stay alive, and perhaps to get a modicum of payback.
Now he's grown into a fairly respected member of the Haven, and become a foster parent and, in his persona as Gail Shirokoi, the public face of Solace. Life takes twists and turns, and none so many as he had to deal with.
